Ask across live sources, central Earth Memory, regional baselines, historical similarity, and autonomous investigations. OMNIS will say when evidence is insufficient.

Choose a stored time and reconstruct what OMNIS actually knew: Earth events, regional aircraft, road incidents, weather metrics, and known camera locations. Missing history is labeled rather than invented.

What is normal?
OMNIS is accumulating regional observations every 15 minutes. It will use recent rolling baselines first and local hour/season baselines as enough history accumulates.
Multi-signal anomaly gate
OMNIS requires at least 24 prior regional samples and deviations in at least two independent modalities before creating a multi-signal anomaly. New investigations remain MONITORING until an adversarial audit searches for normal/counter-signals and historical analogues. This prevents a single dramatic feed from being mislabeled as a discovery.
Investigations
Regional anomaly screens and candidate report clusters retain source provenance. Automated review flags are not a completed factual investigation; correlation does not establish cause.
Camera Wall
Public transportation cameras now span California, Illinois, Iowa, and New Zealand. OMNIS records source/freshness metadata; it does not identify or track people.
Source Status
Live, degraded, unavailable, and geographically limited are different states. OMNIS never treats absence of a public feed as proof that nothing exists.
Coverage limits
Event screening uses official travel-advice updates, public news feeds, and available regional sensor anomalies. Public aircraft positions, cameras, roads, weather, and Earth events load when requested. FAA NOTAM references, EASA advisories and maritime warnings are monitored. Sensor baselines require observed history. Verified leadership intent and full global traffic coverage are not established. Missing coverage is never interpreted as absence of an event.
